After my 40th birthday I knew I had to do something. The weight had started to creep up and wasn’t going away. A girlfriend introduced me to Nia in April of 2009 and I instantly fell in love! It’s been 12 years and I have completed over 7 weeks of intensive training earning my Nia Second Degree Black Belt in February of 2020.
