For more than four decades, L.A. Fuess Partners has contributed to aviation projects across the country and beyond, providing structural engineering solutions that help keep people and communities connected.

Now open in downtown McKinney, Home for Hugs is a new 13,500 square-foot headquarters designed to support training and employment opportunities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

The facility brings the Hugs Training Academy and administrative offices together under one roof, with a commercial training kitchen, classrooms, learning areas, workspaces, and outdoor spaces designed to support learning, development, and meaningful employment.

We’re grateful to have collaborated with Corgan and KDC Real Estate Development & Investments on a project that creates new opportunities and supports the important work of the Hugs mission in the community.

National Dog Day gave us the opportunity to celebrate the four-legged members of our team! 🐾

Team members submitted photos of their dogs and voted to select their favorites for "Best In Show", "That's a great name", and "Look Alike Duo". We enjoyed celebrating with our team and recognizing the dogs that bring a little extra joy to their lives.

Our team attended the SEAMASS YMG Summer Social at Dorchester Brewing Company’s observatory, enjoying an evening of networking, games, and trivia with fellow industry professionals.

Our annual end-of-summer event at Bowlounge was the perfect way to mark the season's close and wish our amazing interns the best as they head back to school.
