The Richardson City Council has given direction to move forward with changes to the Wildflower Arts & Music Festival! as part of the City’s FY 2026-27 budget planning process.
Beginning in 2027, the festival is proposed to move to a two-day format on Friday and Saturday, with adjusted hours, a smaller footprint and other operational changes. The goal is to preserve the music, activities and signature experiences the community values most while creating a more sustainable model for the future.
Many favorite Wildflower! features would remain, including national headliners, Marketplace, Battle of the Bands, Budding Talent and Eisemann Center programming.
