Entering the oil industry in the early 1980s, Kip has forty (40) years of direct hands-on experience in oil and gas finance and development. He remains vibrant in his outlook towards sound domestic energy exploration of common-sense conventional oil targets.

Randal, an engineer by training, came from Southland Corporation before moving full-time into oil and gas, continuing his family’s long tradition in the industry.

Today, our work centers on Gulf Coast salt-dome formations — unique geologic structures that allow for shallow drilling and strong production rates.

These projects have produced millions of barrels of oil from depths under 5,000 feet, combining data-driven precision with proven and conventional geological applications.
