If you're over the age of 22 (idk random number) it's time for an adult email address... especially if you're trying to run a business!

I'm sorry, but sending my personal tax or financial information to caligrl92 or bigboi84 is not happening 🙅🏾‍♀️

And depending on what type of Industry you're trying to land a job in, [email protected] might not bode well at the top of your resume 🤷🏾‍♀️

Here's the love...

Your email address does not dictate your level of ability and you may very well be the best at what you do. However, not taking the time to establish a professional persona at every opportunity could distract and deter potential clients or employers.

Your email address is a part of your online presence. Learning how to leverage your presence physically and virtually to inspire confidence in your abilities gives you a competitive edge. 💁🏾‍♀️

The best option is your name and company website ie: [email protected]

If you have not yet established a website (do so asap!) or you don't have a business, but maybe you're job hunting then I suggest Outlook.com. That is my go to for a personal professional look.

If you have a website, you can also use info, contact, or [email protected]. For those of you with common names a little creativity may be required, but keep it professional and do some research for assistance.
