With our country's 250th birthday only a few weeks away, we have collected and are displaying our patriotic books, especially pertaining to 1776, all over the library. Our Adult and Youth book are available on our Display Table

Summer hours for June:
Open Sunday mornings: 8:30-11am
and Noon - 1pm.

The library will be closed on weekdays in June.

Our growing audiobook collection is currently located above our youth fiction section. This picture represents half of growing collection.

We are in the process of ordering replacement audiobooks to replace our great collection before the fire. These 4 came today and are ready for your enjoyment AND inspiration

Today, April 15, would have been Corrie ten Boom’s 134th birthday. She is still loved and revered for her courageous acts of Christian kindness when she and her family hid Jews from their enemies during World War 2. Eventually Corrie, her dad and her sister were caught hiding Jews and were sent to prison. Corrie used the time in prison to encourage the other prisoners and introduce them to Jesus. After being released, Corrie traveled the world telling of her experience and God’s faithfulness through it all. Truett Library currently has 35 books, ebooks and audiobooks that tell her story.
