When investing in a property to flip or to hold, it is important to understand the rules and regulations of the municipality you are operating in. Some cities require a rental certification process, building inspections prior to selling homes & annual rental property inspections. It’s crucial to know the rules and account for any increased costs or steps needed to buy and sell homes.
