Lean In North Dallas Network has been busy these past few months introducing Lean In Girls program to the youth in the North Dallas community. From The Success Door launching the program and concluding part 1 and part 2 successful, to network leader Karuna Pai Thomas recently conducting the robust program with the young teens in the Chai & Chit Chat (C3) non profit org.
The insights, new learnings, and takeaways shared by the girls has been beyond phenomenal. From redefining leadership with a new lens to reframing failures to looking for wins in situations, they loved the curriculum, not to mention the commaradeire and are eager to introduce it in their respective schools.
