We almost at 1 month, I’m starting to feel it. I had to start using my inhaler this week. An ol head told me this happens when you quit ni****ne. 🫠 like whaa I’m not smoking so now I can’t breath?!!

Lung 🫁 withdrawals happen the first few weeks , then the healing starts. So April 1 I’m gonna start my Mullen tinctures to make sure I clear out my lungs properly with some sea moss
I’ve been enjoying using my smokeable blends in my spliffys . great for dreams lol
