CyrusOne teams in London and Dallas, Texas, recently came together for conversations focused on mental health, empathy, and support in the workplace — a timely reminder during Mental Health Awareness Month that well-being should remain top of mind all year round.

In London, James Ford from JT Motiv joined our team for a Lunch and Learn, bringing an honest and practical perspective on mental health, addiction, and the realities that don't always get the airtime they deserve.

In Dallas, our colleague Jennifer Hess led “More Good Days, Together,” a session focused on increasing awareness, reducing stigma, and encouraging open, supportive conversations.

Together, these sessions reinforced how small, intentional actions, from the words we choose to the care we show, can help create more moments of balance, connection, and well-being for the people around us.

More good days together — that's something worth working toward.

Today, the US observes Memorial Day, honoring those who lost their lives in military service. We extend that remembrance to fallen service members and their families in every country where we operate.

Their sacrifice continues to shape the communities we live in and the freedoms that connect us.

🌟 Employee Spotlight: Meet Ruchi Choudhary 🌟

Meet Ruchi Choudhary, Director of Talent Acquisition at CyrusOne, where she leads enterprise-wide recruiting strategy in support of the company’s growth across the data center industry. She partners closely with business leaders to scale hiring initiatives, strengthen recruiting operations, and attract top talent nationwide.

For Ruchi, one of the most rewarding parts of her role is the opportunity to collaborate with people across the organization and build meaningful relationships along the way.

As a first-generation Indian American and the first in her family to attend school and university in the U.S., Ruchi also values the opportunity to help foster representation and inclusion in the workplace during AAPI Heritage Month and beyond.

Outside of work, Ruchi enjoys fostering animals, cooking and trying new foods, traveling with her daughter, and spending quality time with family and friends.

A beautiful day at the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden became an opportunity to give back, connect across teams, and support our local community. 🌱

Recently, CyrusOne employees came together for a volunteer afternoon focused on caring for one of Dallas’ most treasured spaces.

From planting azaleas to maintaining the gardens, the day reflected a shared commitment to environmental stewardship and to supporting the places where we live and work.

It also gave colleagues across teams the chance to step away from the day-to-day, build new connections, and spend meaningful time outdoors together.

Thank you to the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden for hosting us and creating an opportunity for our teams to contribute in a meaningful way.

Last month in Japan’s Kyoto region, nearly 80 volunteers came together in Seika Town with a shared goal: to clean up and breathe new life into the area surrounding CyrusOne’s Osaka, Japan data center (OSK1). 🌱

The effort was supported by our CyrusOne KEP team and The Kansai Electric Power co., inc. alongside neighboring businesses Suntory, STACK Infrastructure, NTT Global Data Centers, the Local Lions Club, and regional officials — including the Mayor of Seika Town, the Mayor of Minamiyamashiro Village, and former House of Representatives member Mr. Yamanoi — the day highlighted the power of community and collaboration.

Volunteers worked across the surrounding area, collecting and removing multiple truckloads of waste to help restore and maintain the local environment.

This is part of how we support our communities around our sites at CyrusOne - by showing up and contributing where it matters locally.

本活動は、関西電力サイラスワンチームおよび関西電力（Kepco）をはじめ、サントリー、Stack、NTTデータといった近隣企業、地元ライオンズクラブ、さらに精華町長、南山城村長、前衆議院議員の山井氏など地域関係者の皆さまのご協力のもと実現しました。コミュニティと連携の力を改めて実感する一日となりました。

当日は周辺エリア一帯で清掃活動を行い、複数台分の廃棄物を回収・撤去し、地域環境の保全に貢献しました

🌱 Sustainable infrastructure is defined by what we deliver, not just what we aim for.

Last week, CyrusOne’s Mikayla Vincent and Dan Moore joined the Green Building Initiative (GBI) Better Buildings: Data Center Seminar, where industry leaders came together to examine what sustainable data center development requires today, and how standards must evolve as demand grows.

CyrusOne was recognized for certifying 15 data centers with Three Green Globes® in 2025, reflecting consistent, measurable progress across our portfolio. It’s a milestone that underscores how our teams are building and operating infrastructure with greater efficiency, resilience, and environmental responsibility.

Thank you to Green Building Initiative (GBI) for organizing an important industry dialogue, from water stewardship to community engagement, and creating space for collaboration that moves the sector forward.

We’re proud to continue this work alongside our customers, partners, and communities.

After a short delay, today is finally the day…WE BROKE GROUND ON OUR NEW BUILDING! 🎉

What started as a dream to better serve our rescue animals and community is officially becoming reality. This new addition will help us continue expanding our mission, improve the care of our rescues, and create a safer, more functional space for the animals depending on us.

This moment would not be possible without our supporters, volunteers, adopters, sponsors, and community members who believed in what we are building from the very beginning. Every donation, every share, every adoption, and every encouraging word helped push this project forward.

Today marks more than construction — it marks growth, progress, and hope for the future of animal welfare in our community.

It may have been delayed by a week, (say thank you Mother Nature) but sometimes the best things are worth the wait… and here we go!!!! 🐾❤️

April brought together many of the conversations and connections that matter most to the future of digital infrastructure — from team alignment and utility partnerships to responsible, long-term growth.

CyrusOne Summit brought employees together in Dallas and London for leadership discussions, facility tours, volunteer activities, and networking, creating time to connect around our mission, values, and strategic direction.

Across the industry, our teams were part of important conversations on power, design, and scale. In Phoenix, Zulie Hernandez, Eric Hoegger, and Eugene Soumis represented CyrusOne at the Edison Electric Institute National Key Accounts Conference, meeting with utility partners including ComEd, Duke, and SRP.

In Zaragoza, Amparo Garcia Puente joined a DCD and The Wave | Tech Congress 2026 discussion on how AI is reshaping data center design and construction - from reliability and cooling strategies to supply chain innovation and ESG progress.

That dialogue continued in the US, where Gene Alessandrini spoke at Data Center World on the role data centers can play in supporting a stronger electrical grid, and Eric Hoegger joined the American Data Centers Forum in Houston to discuss how data centers and grids can co-plan for gigawatt-scale demand.

Across every setting, the focus remained the same: stronger teams, stronger partnerships, and smarter infrastructure for what comes next.
