“Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock.”
— Matthew 7:24
At TriArc, our Foundations of Faith are built on the Rock. Faith is not just something we speak — it is something we live. It shapes our character, strengthens our integrity, and guides our service to others.
When challenges come, it is our foundation that determines whether we stand firm. Through faith, we pursue excellence. Through integrity, we build trust. Through service, we reflect Christ. And through community, we grow stronger together.
A strong foundation doesn’t happen by accident — it is built intentionally, daily, through obedience, prayer, and action.
At TriArc, we are committed to building lives, leaders, and a legacy grounded in faith that stands the test of time.

“Good buildings come from good people, and all problems are solved by good design.” — Stephen Gardiner
At TriArc, we believe every strong project starts with the right people and a thoughtful plan. From concept to completion, our team is committed to integrity, craftsmanship, and intentional design.
We’re proud to build with purpose, precision, and people who care.

“Obstacles are those frightful things you see when you take your eyes off your goal.” — Henry Ford
Construction rarely goes exactly as planned — weather delays, supply hiccups, unforeseen site conditions. What separates strong teams from average ones isn’t perfection, it’s perseverance.
At TriArc, we stay focused when challenges show up. Our teams adapt, problem-solve, and push forward to keep projects moving — because character is built the same way great buildings are: one tough decision at a time.

“Let us not grow weary in doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up.”
Galatians 6:9
Construction takes endurance — long days, hard decisions, and steady resolve.
Faith reminds us that perseverance matters, even when progress feels slow.
We believe that strong buildings — and strong teams — are built by showing up, pressing on, and finishing well.

As we reflect on a strong and rewarding 2025, we’re grateful for the people, opportunities, and projects that shaped TriArc Construction this past year.
As we continue into 2026, our vision remains rooted in purpose, excellence, and faith—building not only strong structures, but lasting relationships.
“Commit your work to the Lord, and your plans will be established.”
— Proverbs 16:3
Thank you to everyone who trusted us, worked alongside us, and believed in our mission. We’re excited for what’s ahead and ready to build with intention in the year to come.

Tailwinds and Headwinds Ahead
Per the recently released Emerging Trends in Real Estate® 2026 report from ULI/PwC, “Dallas–Fort Worth retains the #1 market status for investment and development prospects for the second consecutive year.” That’s a meaningful tailwind—and great news for all of us who have the blessing to live and work here in D-FW.
At the same time, JLL’s 2026 Construction Outlook reminds us that challenges remain, noting that “construction spending timelines and budgets will face continued headwinds in 2026 due to trade, immigration, labor, and materials challenges.”
Not long ago, the phrase was “survive ’til 2025.” Now, much of that same cautious optimism carries into 2026, with many economists pointing to it as a year of renewed growth as rates ease and investment activity increases.
While none of us can predict exactly what 2026 will bring, one thing is certain: we’re proud to work alongside the best partners, serving great clients, in the best state in the country.
Here’s to 2026—and all that’s ahead.

“It’s the little details that are vital. Little things make big things happen.” — John Wooden
With basketball season in full swing, this quote hits home. The basics matter — whether you’re running a clean offense or keeping a jobsite moving in the right direction.
At TriArc, the “small things” are what set the tone: double-checking plans, staying ahead on coordination, watching the details that most people never see. When we get those things right, the whole project benefits.
On the court or on the job, the details always add up.

Building with wisdom. Building with purpose.
At TriArc, we believe great construction is about more than structures — it’s about creating spaces grounded in understanding, intention, and craftsmanship.
Proverbs 24:3–4 reminds us:
“By wisdom a house is built, and through understanding it is established; through knowledge its rooms are filled with rare and beautiful treasures.”
Here’s to building work that lasts — and spaces that reflect the beauty, knowledge, and care poured into them.
