We are beyond words to express our feeling for the opportunity to showcase the beauty of Nigerian Cuisine, and how much more it can be.
Thank you for the privilege to be featured on your show, it was a great pleasure working with you and your talented team.
To those who have been our day one support, new & returning clients, our chefs, mentors and future clientele this is for you, thank you for making our passion a reality.
Our goal is to make Nigerian food a casual staple as pizza delivery or Chinese takeout and we’re not afraid to leave traditional Nigerian dishes' comfort zone to experiment with new bold flavors and explore different modern styles of presentation.
Like our chef Obioma Faison would say: “It only takes a dream to get started, not a culinary degree”
🥂🥂Cheers to making , we can finally say mama we made it😂

Nigerian Breakfast For Champs😆
Breakfast in Nigerian was always lit when Akara was on the menu but there was never anything on my plate like today... fresh off the griddle we have Savory Akara Pancakes & Chicken😩
Akara is a West African dish made from black-eyed peas which can be served for breakfast or as a snack. It’s name can differ from country to country, in Nigeria 🇳🇬 and Cameroon 🇨🇲you’ll see akara, accra or kosai. In other countries like Sierra Leone 🇸🇱 and Ghana 🇬🇭 it’s called akla or koosé.

Repost from
For the past few months, I’ve been experimenting, applying different culinary techniques to Nigerian staples.
My latest creation is Cannoli shaped Chin Chin (Crunchy Fried Dough). While frying these yummies, I ended up with 3 unique scars on my forehead😥😥 I think it may be time to get my Italian 🇮🇹 citizenship to make my cannoli birth marks official😂
Jokes aside, this was fulfilling to know I could reinvent Chin Chin as fine as great wine🤤🤤
Some say “Scars are unique and tell a story”, but hopefully we don’t have a part 2!

We can’t stop the ice cream from melting, so hurry before it turns to Zobo soup😩🍨
Obioma Faison: Making this was a total game changer; as a child, growing up in Nigerian, Zobo (Hibiscus Ginger Tea) was life. After school hours, we’d always want that chilled Zobo to make our days better. Now, we have Zobo (Hibiscus Ginger) ice cream to chill with.
You’ve heard our chef, Zobo is life. Now hurry up, we can’t eat this ice cream without you😉

Arancini is a popular Sicilian Cuisine; it’s a deep fried rice balls coated with bread crumbs. ‼️Buon Appetito‼️
