Mouth is watering! Happy Saturday friends! I'm sharing one of my favorite recipes, Strawberry Bliss Overnight Oatmeal!
Recipe:
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 tsp chia seeds
1/4 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup almond milk
1/4 tsp beet powder (optional, I used it for the pink color!)
1 tbs berry bliss powder
3-4 chopped berries
Combine all ingredients together, and allow the mixture to sit overnight + top with favorite toppings! I used cashew butter & coconut, enjoy!

When is on sale at ππ» π this flavor is one of my favorites because it's packed full of veggies and it's lower in sugar than other flavors. Love that this brand is organic, too- which is super important when you are drinking juice because it goes into your blood stream pretty quickly and pesticides are π πΌ. I also grabbed two bottles of because they were on sale. πAll the ππ»ππ» for good deals.

so many beauties wanting the recipe to the delicious { , , and refined } πͺπͺ I made last night! They were authored and inspired by the amazing ππΌ. the cookies turned out especially & gooey, plus are super to make. + link below!

Ingredients:
2 cups almond flour
2 tbsp arrowroot starch/flour
1 tsp baking soda
ΒΌ-Β½ tsp salt
ΒΌ cup pure maple syrup
3 tbsp water
2 tbsp melted coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup chocolate chips or chunks
sprinkle of flaked sea salt

1. Preheat oven to 375ΒΊF. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Blend together dry ingredients- flour, arrowroot, baking soda, & salt. Add maple syrup, water, coconut oil, & vanilla- mixing until just combined. Stir in chocolate.

2. Roll into large balls, about 2 heaping tablespoons of dough. Makes 6β7 nice sized cookies, although you could make smaller ones.

3. Gently flatten the balls of dough as they don't spread much on their own. Bake for 8β10 minutes, until lightly brown. Don't over bake.

4. Remove and sprinkle with a bit of flaked sea salt. Let cool well on pan before eating, otherwise they may fall apart.
