Bitsol, builds AI-native, HIPAA-compliant healthcare products for US healthcare organizations through rapid, 8-week delivery cycles, and this role sits at the center of discovering real problems and shaping them into production-ready solutions.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂‘𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴:
✅ Lead customer discovery with US healthcare founders & stakeholders
✅ Translate insights into functional SaaS prototypes using AI tools
✅ Drive rapid 8-week product cycles from validation to delivery
✅ Ensure HIPAA-compliant product design & implementation
✅ Own backlog, PRDs, and feature releases end-to-end
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, compliance, DevOps)
✅ Improve interoperability (APIs/FHIR) and secure clinical data handling

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲:
✅ 10+ years in Product Management (Healthcare/SaaS)
✅ Strong experience in clinical workflows or digital health products
✅ Proven ability to take prototypes → production
✅ Hands-on with AI-powered prototyping / low-code tools
✅ Solid understanding of HIPAA, BAA & healthcare data privacy
✅ Experience working in fast-paced, rapid delivery environments
✅ Availability for US CST overlap

Nice-to-haves: EHR integrations, FHIR/HL7, telehealth or remote monitoring experience, AI/ML product exposure

Yesterday, we had an insightful teamwide session on AI, led by our COO Rizwan Ahmed, where the team explored how AI tools like Claude can support smarter workflows, faster research, and more efficient problem-solving.

The session focused on practical ways to integrate AI into our daily work, helping teams brainstorm ideas, automate repetitive tasks, and improve productivity.

It was great to see everyone actively participating, asking questions, and discovering new possibilities with AI.

A big thanks to Rizwan for sharing his insights and guiding the team through the potential of AI in our workplace.
