SunRidge Management Group was proud to celebrate the Grand Opening & Ribbon Cutting of NorthPark Apartment Homes in Gainesville, Texas! It was a wonderful opportunity to officially mark this exciting milestone and celebrate with the Gainesville community.

A special shoutout to Such A Cuterie and Wicked Good Cookies and Balloons and Arches for helping make the celebration extra special, and to the Gainesville Area Chamber of Commerce for being part of this memorable occasion!

Today, we’re celebrating Meghan Ensminger, our Training Director, on her 3-year anniversary with SunRidge Management Group!

Meghan originally joined SunRidge as an Assistant Manager, and after some time away, we were thrilled to welcome her back, this time as our Training Director. And she has absolutely been killing it!

Training is one of those roles that often happens behind the scenes, but its impact is felt across our teams every day. Meghan pours so much time, knowledge, patience and support into helping our team members learn, grow and succeed. It can be a thankless job, but we want her to know just how much we appreciate everything she does for SunRidge and the people who make our company what it is.

🌟 EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT: ANGELA DAVIS 🌟

This week, we’re shining the spotlight on Angela Davis, Property Manager at The Warrick! ❤️

Angela began her SunRidge journey in 2014 as a part-time Leasing Consultant and worked her way up to Property Manager just four years later. Twelve years later, she continues to bring the same dedication and pride to everything she does.

Angela is one of the most organized people you will ever meet. Her files are so neat that her AVP, Brittney, will tell you she has never seen anything like it. And a fun fact: Brittney is also completely obsessed with Angela’s handwriting! 😂

Angela takes an incredible amount of pride in The Warrick and genuinely loves her job. In fact, she sometimes has to be reminded that she is allowed to take a day off because she cares so much about her property and her residents!

She has a remarkable attention to detail and somehow manages to do just about everything perfectly. She is dependable, dedicated, and the kind of Property Manager any team would be lucky to have.
