Big things are happening in Austin, and the Austin American-Statesman put together a tracker of the projects reshaping the city. We're proud that our mixed-use development, River Park, is among them.

At 109 acres along East Riverside Drive, River Park is designed around how people want to live: walkable, connected to green space and transit and anchored by world-class entertainment. The first phase, including nearly 1,000 apartments and a 4,000-seat music venue, is on track for 2027.
