Started this workout a few months back (Feb 11, 2026 - May 22, 2026, and received viewable results sooner then I expected. I had been going to the gym for months with no viewable results. I needed something I could do xo minutes a day 5 days a week. Insanity was my greatest workout achievement to date. No weights no equipment, and It worked regardless of what I ate for that has always been a problem for me (eating healthy, although I don’t overeat) In which I don’t recommend eating what you want like I did. But I’m just speaking on what I did. . Just something I added to my get fit goal. I’m not getting paid for this or even suggesting it. I just wanted to show results and no scamming mess And in case you’re thinking this is not for you because of your age, well I can’t tell you because only you know you, but as for me I am not and never have been an athlete and definitely not in my 30’s or 40’s either just an fyi.

The days of way back were real. I remember those days of going to the grocery to by shoes for school that were in the freezer section right above the ice cream.

Man I hated them shoes. Safeway and Kmart specials. Moma would take us to the grocery store and always had me try on them Traxx in the freezer section. I was always the tallest so I could reach up and get my size. They “ALWAY’S had my size to. Boy at school they used to sco my az down. Moma always got me the BLUE pair. Didn’t match nothing I wore.

Every man and woman deserves someone special in his or her life. And as you get older, love losses and loved ones grief hit different — and sometimes it lasts longer.
Well anyways:
One night we were sitting together, just talking, when the lights went out. I had forgotten to pay the bill. Lol. Some Sam P. mess, as usual. I went online on my phone and paid it, and as we sat there talking, cuddled up because it was cold, a thought came into my head. I remember repeating that thought to Shay.
Out of nowhere, I said,
“It’s a shame that something so good ain’t meant to last.”
She looked at me and said,
“What do you mean by that?”
I just repeated it, like she hadn’t heard me the first time:
“It’s a shame that something so good ain’t meant to last.”
She asked,
“Why are you saying that?”
I replied,
“Man, I don’t know.”
But I did know.
I felt something — like my stomach dropped — and a voice came to me and said I was going to lose someone.
It didn’t say who.
I shrugged it off.
About a month or so later…
I’m wearing an R.I.P. Shay T-shirt.

I’m not saying goodbye, Shay. Just bye for now.
I cleaned your grave today. It was kind of muddy out there.

I’m just thinking of that other way. Some people just naturally hold things back, gate keep, give false trues. It’s just the way of the world. I don’t have time to analyze hope wish and dream that people will be for me, respect me, walk together with me, trust me, and for sho Help Me. Because History has shown that for me more times than ONE that,,,,, THEY WANT!!! Especially the ones I call friends, my woman when I had one, family, potnas. Doing this now in life would be what my daddy called “WISHFUL THINKING!”
