In regards to the turnaround time on our Retractable Window Screens and Retractable Screen Doors. the current lead time to receive these items is a month out. We do apologize for this inconvenience. As a courtesy, we would like to inform our customers that we have changed our hours of operation for the months of November and December. Our hours for the next two months will be Monday thru Friday 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. We will resume normal business hour after the New Year on January 2, 2021.

Quality Screen Company will be closed the following days:
Thursday November 26th and Friday 27th in observance of the thanksgiving holidays.

Local Pick-ups and Walk-ins:
In regards to Walk-in and Local pick-ups customers, our office has been closed to all walk-in customers to minimize the risks of spreading the virus. We will still allow local pick-ups. All orders will need to be claimed outside near our dock doors where a member of our staff will help you.
Supply:
Quality Screen Company will do its best to keep up with all custom and component orders to the best of our abilities. As distributors, there are possible risks to our supply. Currently, have not received any indication of shortage. We will make it a priority to keep our customers updated should we have an issue to fulfill an order.
