🍃Saying goodbye to our second home today!
6020 W Parker Road has been a great place to learn and grow, especially as business owners. When I came on board with Chase Pease and Curis Functional Health it was only a dream that we would fill that 2,100 sq feet with providers and staff.
The days were long, but memories were made between the two of us. Over time, we added more chiropractors, more administration, more mental health, and even a dietitian.
What once felt like a daunting space became a space overflowing with care and teamwork, to the point of trying not to step on each other.
Today marks a great milestone for us and for our company. I am so proud of the team we have built and the care we give our patients.
We will continue to provide that and even more as we grow into our new space.
Thank you to all those who have helped us get here. Whether it was business advice, a listening ear when things got rough, or just encouragement to keep going, nothing has been wasted on us, and I’m so grateful for all of it.

The start of 2026 has been an emotional one for us. Uncertainty about future plans has both of us wanting to be stable.
But one thing is certain; no matter where we go or what we do it will always be together 💜

My heart in two different worlds 🎃
Oldest kid is “Too Big” to Trick or Treat
The other is just getting started.
So many treats to describe, but my two favorite ones are watching these two grow up.

Once upon a time, I had weekends. Now I have “match days.” My purse has been replaced by a sideline bag filled with Goldfish, sunscreen, and exactly one glove because the other one got lost last season.
Friday nights used to mean dinner and dancing. Now they mean driving home at 10 p.m. from a game where my daughter absolutely dominated like the rockstar she is — while her toddler brother melted down on the sidelines because his Gatorade was the wrong color.
Sure, I miss adult fun… but nothing beats cheering for my girl while dodging tantrums, all while knowing the laundry and dishes are still waiting for me at home. ⚽😂

Flew home to Utah this weekend to celebrate my dad’s 75th birthday 🎉💙
We camped under the stars 🌌
Soaked in the hot springs pool 💦
Told stories by the fire 🔥
And watched the cousins play like they’d known each other forever 🧒🏼👧🏽
There’s something about that mountain air 🌲
It slows you down
Softens your heart
And reminds you to really be present
Already missing my family — but feeling grounded and so grateful ✨
