On the right is Natalie, our Lead Planner and my right hand planning gal. She has had 8 years of wedding industry experience and keeps all of the details for our brides in tidy order. She is the one behind the scenes strategically mapping out the day to run smoothly and effortlessly.

On the left is our Lead Floral Designer and my left hand flower gal, Jenna. She has been in floristry for 5 years and continues to grow in her organically stunning creations. You’ll likely see her creating grand ideas and elaborate installations.

While these two keep the engines running, I’m the Principal and Creative Director making sure everything that goes out our doors withholds the brand integrity and quality. Cannot say enough how grateful we are for this team and look forward to serving all of our amazing brides this year! @ The Lumen Room

One of my favorite things about the new year is getting to see everyone’s top moments of the year and reflections. Here is mine as it is documented in this space. Lots of flowers, growth, and treasured friendships with couples and colleagues. This year has called for me to let go and take some uncertain leaps in this business, but also focus in on my specialized talents. I don’t always expect for a successful year, but I certainly appreciate every bit of it. Here’s to 2020 and more to celebrate about!

What an eventful few days. After crossing the finish line for a big wedding, I turned around and packed my things to attend the . I entered the Designer or the Year challenge where we had to make an arrangement on site and was awarded with Mastery in Principles of Design- WOW. I do know I can make some pretty things sometimes, but never considered myself technical or professional enough to deserve notice or award-winning. It’s so hard to see yourself in a positive light sometimes so this was affirming that I am good at something. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This whole experience has been such for myself and my business. Leaving with a full and proud heart!
