MBL Title is pleased to announce the promotion of Lee Small to the position of Managing Director, National Commercial Services, effective June 1, 2022. Lee is currently in his fourth year with MBL Title, and during that time, has continuously demonstrated outstanding drive, passion and obtained phenomenal results in his client development and business production efforts. Lee has also worked hard to communicate, coordinate, and earn the confidence and respect of both his MBL Title clients and colleagues. Welcome to the MBL Title team, Jeremy Reed! Jeremy is joining MBL Title as Commercial Closing Attorney and SVP of National Commercial Services. He is a highly regarded specialist in the commercial title and escrow services arena and will strengthen the company’s commercial closing capabilities in Texas and on a national scale assisting customers on transactions of various sizes and complexity. In his career, he has underwritten and closed numerous high-stakes transactions for nationally renowned clients.
