Lord, help me to stay alert and pray diligently, with eyes wide open not in fear or anxiety, but in gratitude. Because even when we don’t know what to do, our eyes are fixed on You.

There’s a difference between giving up and laying something down. One is done in defeat. The other in faith.

If an answer to a prayer in your heart feels too hard to carry, don’t give up on it. Ask God what to do with it. 🤍

The leadership we model matters. I want to live and lead in ways worth emulating. That includes what I do when I don’t get it right, when I drop the ball, or when I need to ask for forgiveness. I want to model trying as I try even when (or maybe especially when) I need to try something again. I’m grateful leaders can produce good results when we lead with authenticity and integrity, not perfection.

Why am I a ministry coach? Because what you do matters and I love to see believers walk out their calling. Because you’re not meant to go through this leadership thing alone. Because sometimes you’re so into the details of it all, you could use an outside perspective.⁣
