Training with is going really good.

The goal for Houston is to set a true benchmark of where I’m at in the pro division. I’m not setting any crazy expectations on times but I want to see consistent 1km runs and consistent pacing on the ergs and a strong wall ball finish.

I’m thankful for the opportunity of life itself. Everything else God blesses with is a bonus 🫱🏽‍🫲🏾

If you want to sprint faster & jump higher,
