It has been an energizing couple of weeks surrounding the topping-off of Capella, a 22-story luxury high-rise community developed in partnership with and general contractor . 🏗️👏

The topping-off of Capella marks an exciting milestone for Las Vegas as the city’s first 100 percent for-rent high-rise building and brings an impressive addition to its skyline. We look forward to seeing this vibrant community continue to come to life!

TD Synnex in Swedesboro is more than half way there! Tilt-walls are up, ready for paint. With roofing at about 25% complete, interior work will begin soon.

Exciting things are happening in North Austin! Our Burnet Road project is underway with dirt work and utilities. This 300+ unit mixed-used project takes advantage of COA’s VMU zoning to provide a live-work, walkable environment in a vibrant neighborhood. Can’t wait to see this one framed up!

This month GDA celebrates its 40th year anniversary. Looking back on the last 4 decades of work, we have been blessed and accomplished more than one can ever dream of.
It all started in a 20’x20’ windowless office, with 5 people working on a 15,000 sf strip mall. Today, our portfolio includes some of the tallest and most iconic buildings in Texas and beyond.

We want to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has ever been part of the GDA family (past / current staff, consultants, and clients) for all of their contributions, opportunities, and trust. Here is a big cheers to you all, for being a part of our success and allowing us to continue to do what we love.

Our two “cousin” apartment towers and flanking each side of I-35 in the heart of ATX

The Delegate is almost ready to move in! Looking sharp soaking up some warmer weather earlier this week, this project consists of townhomes, apartment units with tuck under garages, structure parking and pool/fitness amenities. It is steps away from the city center, filling in a large void in the City Point Masterplan.

Still a working progress but the new office is starting to feel like home. We especially love our roof terraces and views to our past and present projects.
