Today Howell Park is the neighborhood immediately Northwest of the intersection of Hall and Howell Streets in Dallas, TX. In 1872 J.M.
Howell settled on a sizeable tract between the Cedar Springs and McKinney Roads, planting vineyards and orchards and opening a commercial greenhouse at McKinney and Pearl.
