Another amazing Leadership Conference! Great company, great people, GREAT

I’ve cast my vote. Like many, I sometimes find it challenging to keep emotions in check amid all the noise. I try to stay grounded, managing the flood of media and focusing on self-care—which doesn’t mean ignoring the world or staying passive. To me, it means not letting politics (or even religion) shape my relationships or my faith in a better future.

I believe in doing my part by understanding policies, looking at history, and considering shared values. After all, elections are essentially job interviews and performance reviews, where we hire and fire public servants—not anoint kings or queens.
I’m thinking beyond this election because politics is a marathon, not a sprint. Elections happen regularly, and I must admit that I’ve found a new respect for diverse views on both the left and right. I continue to remind myself that Democracy depends on resilience and engagement that go far beyond any single election.

I worked at Church Street Station in Orlando during it’s prime in the mid 1980s. At that time it was one of the premier attractions in Florida. Apple Annie’s was the room a bartender to the folk music of Mother’s Choice. I loved working there!

Beyond the stars and spans the endless cosmos.

Exciting news! CFM is starting the new year with a deeper partnership with City Barbeque. As part of this collaboration, responsibilities will include producing and delivering videos, instructional design, LMS Administration, and training materials in conjunction with the training department.

My mission will be to artfully design style options for innovation approaches that elevate City BBQ’s training team brand.

And above all that is true will be my unending struggle to create something that will help managers and team members to “improve a little everyday.”

I feel privileged to work along side such an amazing group of people. Looking forward to a successful collaboration!
