2. Keep it brief. Don’t tell them what they already know and omit needless words.
3. Avoid using industry jargon or insider language. Don't use terms and acronyms that your audience doesn’t use on a daily basis.
4. Know your audience really well. Understand their biggest frustrations and start with that.
