We're proud to have completed the furniture installation for a leading offshore drilling company's space in Houston. Spanning three floors, the project was part of a complete interior rebuild designed to create a workplace that supports collaboration, learning, wellness, and productivity.

The finished space includes all-new workstations, private offices, conference seating, training rooms, lounge areas, a break room, wellness rooms, and ancillary furnishings that bring comfort, flexibility, and functionality throughout the workplace. Every furniture solution was carefully selected to support the company's operations while reflecting its core values of safety, accountability, inspiration, loyalty, and proactivity.

We're excited to welcome Ashley Barnett Griffith to WPS as Vice President of Client Engagement & Strategy!

Ashley joins WPS with more than 25 years of experience in commercial interiors, bringing expertise in workplace strategy, client engagement, business development, and sustainable design. In her new role, she will help drive strategic growth across all three WPS locations while leading workplace initiatives in multiple markets, bringing together clients, partners, and project teams to deliver innovative, people-centered solutions that support both business goals and the evolving needs of today's workforce.

Throughout her career, Ashley has built trusted relationships across the architecture, engineering, and the design community, as well as with manufacturers, contractors, dealer organizations, and clients. She is recognized for her collaborative approach, strategic mindset, and passion for creating workplaces that foster innovation, strengthen culture, and enhance the employee experience.

A Registered Interior Designer and credentialed sustainability professional, Ashley holds LEED AP BD+C, WELL AP, EDAC, and FITWEL Ambassador certifications and previously served as a National Sustainability Leader within the contract furniture industry.

We're thrilled to have Ashley on board and look forward to the leadership, expertise, and fresh perspective she'll bring to our clients, our team, and the continued growth of WPS.
