The 49 story Energy Plaza project is well under way. We are completely gutting 20+ floors to be converted to residential and upgrading the other 20+ floors for new offices. We are also replacing all 4 fire pumps in order to achieve 100psi at the roof. This is a complete overhaul and will be an absolutely beautiful building when complete. Fun fact, Energy Plaza is the 9th tallest building in Dallas, TX.

GFS Texas had the pleasure of having the Irving Fire Department and HITT Contracting Inc. attend our hands on Fire Sprinkler and Fire Alarm systems training. We truly believe that life safety is the most important aspect of all buildings and knowing that the Fire Department’s and Contractors feel the same way brings a massive amount of security.

GFS Texas has just completed another (FARS) Firefighter Air Replenishment System in Plano, TX. GFS Texas is a certified installer for Rescue Air Systems and proud to partner with them and Balfour Beatty US to have completed another successful project for the customers as well as the Plano Fire Department.

Topping out of the new downtown Dallas JW Marriott. This is a 12 story hotel sitting on top of a 10 story parking structure. GFS Texas is proud to partner with DPR Construction as their Fire Protection Contractor for this project!
