The evening was filled with heartfelt moments, proud smiles, and thoughtful words shared by teachers and parents as they reflected on the growth, resilience, and accomplishments of our graduates. Congratulations to all of our graduates — we are so proud of you and excited for all that lies ahead! ⭐️
Last night, we had the honor of recognizing outstanding teachers celebrated by the Congratulations to all of the incredible nominee teachers — and especially to our very own, Tammy Gore! 🎨
Tammy was recognized for her unwavering dedication to students and the lasting impact she makes every single day. While her classroom is filled with paint, clay, and creativity, the true masterpiece is the confidence she helps build in each student who walks through her door.
Through art, she empowers students to discover their voice, embrace their individuality, and develop a sense of self that will guide them long after they leave Dallas Academy.

We’re excited to share some more wonderful news about one of our very own. Art Teacher, Ms. Tammy Gore, has just been selected as a finalist for Teacher of the Year, an award sponsored by the !
This is an incredible honor, and we are so proud to see her recognized beyond our school community for the dedication and impact she brings to her students every day.
The awards ceremony will take place on May 13, 2026. Congratulations, Ms. Gore- we’re all cheering you on!
