Our boss ladies memorable wedding day is featured today over on Wedding Chicks! Our favorite thing about planning truly is creating unique experiences!

Meet Susan! Susan is joining our team in 2021 as an on-site assistant for event day! She has worked along side for over 4 years, so when we hired Lindsey, we inherited Susan, and we couldn’t be more excited. We asked her a few fun questions and here is what she had to say!

Favorite part of wedding day? Seeing the couple after the ceremony as they are introduced to their guests for the first time as a married couple! There is so much excitement and joy in that moment.

Go to karaoke song? “I want it that way” by Backstreet Boys

In her free time you’ll find her traveling (trying to hit all 50 states!) organizing my “wannabe” minimalist house, or training for another half marathon. Photo |

Meet Arianna! Arianna was a bride in 2017, and her great taste for decor, and calm demeanor led us to bring Arianna to the team! She is great on event day helping keep our brides calm and excited all at the same time. We asked her a few questions and here is what she had to say!

Favorite design element? The save the date and formal invitation suite. These items set the tone for your wedding and gives your guests a taste whats to come. From customized monograms, color schemes, fonts, and layout. It’s an entire design element in itself!

Favorite travel spot? Any of the historical German Christmas markets. The traditional hot food and drinks to the hand made toys and trinkets, all while surrounded by the most beautiful cathedrals and architecture. You can’t help but feel the Christmas spirit all around you!

Meet Addason! She is a new mom to sweet Reagan, and serves the Pop team as an excellent logistics and onsite event manager! Before joining our team, she served as a venue director for a local North Texas wedding facility. We asked her a few fun questions on this snowy Texas day and here is what she had to say!

Favorite wedding decor element? I’d have to say it’s a statement piece at the ceremony. All eyes will be on the bride when she walks down the aisle but the first thing guests see is your ceremony space. It sets the tone for the rest of the night.

Favorite snow day movie? Toy story - we are teaching Reagan about the classics! But for me, I’m watching Firefly Lane.

When she isn’t working events you can find her spending time with her husband Spencer and their newborn, and hanging with family!

Meet Jenna! Jenna has worn many hats over the last six years with Pop Parties, and now serves as Senior Event Manager. She is now responsible for all “partial planning” clients and assisting Molly on “full service” projects. As a logistics queen, and Molly’s PIC, she is sure to make you laugh and keep you in line all at the same time! We asked her a few questions and here is what she had to say:

Favorite color: Light blue

Favorite part of event planning: Seeing an event come together through great logistics planning. Often times, event day can be like a puzzle piece, staggering load in times, and thinking through details of what comes first. If one thing is wrong, it can cause a domino effect from there. Careful planning ensures that things go smoothly on the big day!

When she isn’t at work you’ll find her attempting her hand at mixology, binge watching her favorite shows, or playing games with her husband Aaron, and their three pups. Photo |

Meet Nataly! Nataly serves Pop Parties as an on-site event manager and detail coordinator. She is your go-to girl for last minute details, confirming all of our team production schedules, and vendor liaison. She is smart, kind, and one of the hardest working girls we know! We asked her a few fun questions and here is what she had to say!

Favorite color: Periwinkle

Favorite part of event day: Seeing all of the tiny details and decor finally come together on event day for a beautiful celebration.

Meet Lindsey! We are so excited to introduce you to our wonderful team over the next week and are kicking it off with our newest addition, !

Lindsey previously owned her own wedding and event design company and comes to us with over 8 years of industry experience. Her eye for tiny details, and artistic skills in sketching and renderings are going to add so much value to our design process here at Pop Parties.

Favorite design element: Texture, texture, texture!

What are you most looking forward to by joining the pop team? Really digging into what I love most with event design and not having to wear too many hats. I can’t wait for our upcoming iridescent party design!
