Print Appeal will be closed on Monday, January 26th due to the winter storm that has hit the DFW area. We shall reopen on Tuesday, January 27th and look forward to serving you then.

Our building is currently without electricity due to the severe storms this morning in Dallas. We will update you as we have more information available. Thank you for your patience.

Print Appeal will be closed on Monday, January 15th due to the UPS holiday and the forecast inclement weather for the DFW area. Please look for orders scheduled to ship that day to ship by Saturday January 13th.

UPDATE - We do have electricity this morning. We are working as quickly as we can to get caught up with all correspondence and orders. Thank you again for your patience and as always we appreciate your business!

We are currently without electricity due to this mornings storms. Oncor is working on restoring the power to the area, but we do not have an ETA yet. So currently we can not respond to phone calls or emails. We will update this as soon as we know more. Thank you for your patience.

Due to the expected inclement weather in the DFW area, Print Appeal will be closed on Thursday, February 3rd.

Please ignore our last post. We are staying open but our customer service hours will change as demand for our products and services changes. Please visit our website for the most up to date operating status during this time. We appreciate your business and patience.

We completely lost phones and internet service yesterday late afternoon but we were manually shipping as many packages as we would get out of the building for our customers, however you wouldn't have received an invoice like usual. I am still working with AT&T to figure out when this may be resolved for us. Our thoughts and prayers are with those in the Dallas area that have lost way more than just internet and phones in this area due to the tornadoes. We will try to keep you updated with new information as we can on this post. UPDATE - SERVICE IS RESTORED!

On Thursday, January 3rd between 10am-11:30am CST, AT&T will be upgrading our phone and internet service. During the move our phone/fax service will be temporarily interrupted. If you need to contact us during this time it may be best to email us as this will require the shortest down time during the upgrade.
