Sunshine is great except when it isn’t. This high rise living space is now simple, clean and in the “no squinting” zone. Motorized roller shades are delightfully simple and were the perfect solution.

I’m in such a sweet spot right now—about 70% of my work is right here in Lake Highlands, helping new homeowners figure out what to do with all those windows. I also love meeting families all over Dallas when the work takes me beyond the neighborhood.
