Immediate post-op before and after revision rhinoplasty of one of today’s cases. This patient had an over-projected and over-rotated tip due to three prior surgeries by another surgeon. I corrected her aesthetic and functional concerns with open revision rhinoplasty to reshape and restructure her nasal framework.
