A couple weeks ago we performed the semi-annual inspection Lucky Donuts in Aubrey off 380. Today we got a little hungry and got a breakfast sandwich and glaze donut. Chip is the owner and makes some good sweet bread. Go see him when you're in the area.

Finished another kitchen system install in Sachse this morning by testing with the fire department for a new donut shop going in.

Customer called us beginning of July for a quote to install and they approved it shortly after surveying everything for the job. We drew plans, submitted to Sachse for a permit, they approved with the permit, and then we came to install later in July.

We returned this morning after the rest of the store was ready and completed for us to schedule and test with the fire department. It passed during our test which meant it was tagged and armed and ready to go for frying bread.

In the middle of a kitchen system install down in Trinidad this past week. A new pizza spot is coming near Cedar Creek Lake. We still need to add the second tank, run pipe to it from the hood, which has been run already in the duct/plenum and over coming appliances. Almost there, then the final test with the county fire marshal.
