Dodd Creative Group loves to tell a property's story so residents can truly get a sense of the identity of the place they call home. For Melville, we wanted to capture the vibrant personality of both the architecture of the property and the Lake Highlands neighborhood of Dallas where it resides. Punchy colors pair with clean whites and blacks, clean lines and color fills give the aesthetic energy, and contemporary fonts set the tone in everything from signage to collateral; including an on-site mural!

Bringing a property to life goes far beyond walls and finishes—it’s about creating a cohesive experience at every touchpoint.

For The Heyward Apartment Homes in Corinth, TX, we partnered with developer Carleton Companies to deliver a full-spectrum brand experience—from bold exterior signage to immersive elevator graphics, refined marketing collateral, and thoughtfully designed floor plans. Every detail was crafted to feel seamless, intentional, and distinctly Heyward.

A clean, industrial-leaning system built on contrast, strong typography, and a sharp citrus accent. The orange draws from the brand’s core identity while reinforcing key moments across signage and collateral.

Designed to be distinct, striking, and easy to navigate, the system stays consistent across every touchpoint without overcomplicating the experience.

At Bell Katy Trail, the brand lives in the environment.

Illuminated signage with automated color rotation at night adds presence. Bold graphic murals bring energy. A clear wayfinding system keeps everything legible and consistent. Each element works together to create a cohesive experience from street level to shared spaces.
