Felt like baking. This my version of the beloved Chantilly Cake from Whole Foods. A delicious almond cake with a whipped marscarpone icing and fresh fruit. I think I nailed it 😋

This cake was definitely a labor of love. My nephew never ask for anything but a cake for his birthday. Despite not feeling my best, I made it happen and created this strawberry banana cake. Happy Birthday !!

So.many.cakes! It was a weekend full of baking and celebrating. A birthday cake for my niece, a carrot cake for my father in law and a farewell cake for a coworker. So happy with how these turned out.
