Genext2020 - Generation Next

Hello My name is Jhalen Spicer and I went to my mom last month and asked her how I could Mentor younger kids. After researching we found that there was no company that would let me mentor my peers or younger kids. I feel like kids and teens can relate to each other sometimes better than adults and so I decided to start my own Mentor non profit. I am 13 years old and a student at Greenhill school in Dallas TX and I am in the 8th grade. I really want to help at risk kids navigate through their different social and academic experiences by helping them with coping skills, making good choices and taking responsibility for themselves and their actions.
