Racism is readily available in every courtroom in America. A YT man said what he truly thought, it was racist, and now people are mad. White men say and do inappropriate sh*t in courtrooms EVERYDAY, and no one cares. Please keep this same energy for the countless judges that continuously sentence Black men to longer prison sentences than white men.

Sometimes my job requires me to travel and this was one of those times. This trip was easy, but the days were long. 😩

You ALWAYS have the right to have your attorney present, when dealing with law enforcement. Sadly, most officers believe that you only have a right to counsel after you have been arrested. How can the police enforce the law, when they don’t know the law themselves? 🤷🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️ This is why the best thing that you can do when dealing with officers, is to remain silent.

The leaked opinion has been confirmed. States will now control their own abortion rights.
I’m certain that Texas and others like it, will ban abortions completely after the opinion is officially released.

This is DISGUSTING! The officer that did this is a U.S. Marshall. How do any of these officers still have a job? Federal law enforcement officers break the law all the time. They are rarely caught, so they continue to violate people. I guarantee this is not the first time this officer has done this, or the other officers have seen this done. I know this because of how calm and non-chalant the other officers were. They didn’t care that their co-worker had just committed a crime. They did nothing to stop him. Anytime you encounter law enforcement, START RECORDING. It could save your life or someone else’s.
