Challenges related to aging don't wait for you to be ready. they show up in moments:
Dad forgetting the route home.
Mom drowning in Medicare paperwork.
A friend becoming a caregiver overnight, with no idea where to start.
For 65 years, The Senior Source has been the call families make in those moments — stopping scams before they wipe out a lifetime of savings, and standing beside older adults who have no one else.
This North Texas Giving Day, your gift goes twice as far. Thanks to a $65,000 matching gift from longtime donors and friends in honor of our 65th birthday, every dollar you give is matched.
Help the next family hear the same words thousands have heard before: "We're here to help."

We were pretty excited to see a familiar mission on the front page of The Dallas Morning News last week! This story highlighted the reality facing thousands of North Texans who don't have reliable air conditioning - and the community rallying to help, including our program.
Our own, Julie Krawczyk director of our Elder Safety Financial Center, shared why access to cool air is about more than comfort. For older adults, extreme heat can have serious and even life-threatening consequences.
Together with TXU Energy, Tyler Street Foundation, Dallas Fire-Rescue and our incredible sponsors and community partners, we've helped provide more than 630 window A/C units and 160 box fans to older adults across Dallas County this summer, with more A/C units being distributed by our partner Dallas-Fire-Rescue.
Thank you to everyone who makes this work possible and to The Dallas Morning News for helping shine a light on an issue that matters to so many in our community. To read the full story, visit https://loom.ly/EuyV9FE.
