Repairing pipes etc. due to damage from tree roots is always a little tricky. You have to be careful digging so as not to damage other pipes, wires, etc. Luckily, this broken .5" lateral terminated at the head so I was able to follow the pipe to the other side of the 2 big tree roots, cut the pipe and add a T fitting with a stub out and cap and new head. Testing proved that the repair was effective, yay! 😎👌💯✅

Customer reports zone # 5 not coming on. The worn out valve was located and was under a lateral line with no valve box. The valve was rebuilt and the lateral line rerouted around the valve and a valve box was added. Piped it a little tight, but plenty of room to service whenever needed, tested, buried, good to go. 😎👍👌

It was fun going back to see a landscape design for an existing landscape from a year ago that was actually implemented really well by the owner. The process includes taking an inventory of the existing plants, stonework, trees, etc to see what can be saved and then drawing up a nice plan that accentuates the property and that will endure and thrive for many years. Drawing plans and working with David on the 4 properties he owns has been a real pleasure! Awesome follow through David! 😎👌👍

Customer reports water collecting in a valve box surrounded by artificial turf making access difficult. So it turns out that the valve was leaking between the bonnet and the valve body; after simply tightening the screws that were loose on the bonnet, the leak slowed but did not stop. I noticed that the valve was installed as an "extra" valve(not active) in case they decided to add on to the system at a later date. The problem was solved by unscrewing the valve and capping the line without disturbing the artificial turf. 👌💯✅😎

Customer complains that their side yard is flooded. Discovered a failed compression coupling on the 1" mainline and replaced it properly with couplers etc. The pressure test revealed a 2nd leak caused by a 2nd failed compression coupling further down the line. At that point the whole section of pipe was replaced properly with couplers etc. 💯👌😎

Fall is just around the corner and is the best time of year to install landscapes! Plants and trees installed in the Fall have time to establish stronger root systems so they are better prepared for the hot Summer temperatures. A well designed landscape plan will help you get organized for your next new installation or renovation. Feel free to call for details.👌

It's been a great year for a semi retired guy! From fixing irrigation problems including valves, pipes, wires, heads, flow sensors, smart controllers etc etc etc, to drawing landscape designs and getting to visit some really gorgeous gardens and landscapes in Mexico for inspiration. Looking forward to a little slower pace as the seasons change so that I'll have more time for personal projects. Feel free to contact me if you are in need of service. We really appreciate your business. Thanks! 😎🤙🤙
