This weekend promises high temps... but Texas summers don't have to keep you off the bike. Enjoy your summer rides with a few reminders to stay safe and comfortable!

🔹 Ride early or late and plan shaded routes
🔹 Hydrate before, during, and after
🔹 Be aware of signs of heat exhaustion (dizziness, nausea, excessive fatigue)
🔹 Dress smart and wear moisture-wicking fabrics

By opening up our city's roads to riders of all ages and skill levels, we are creating something bigger than becoming the city's biggest social ride... we are making bicycling visible, safe, and wildly inclusive.

But the real magic happens after the finish line. Proceeds from the ride directly support heavy hitters like BikeDFW, Bike Friendly South Dallas, and the Dallas Bicycle Coalition, funding everything from local youth bike education to micro-grants and the push for a more connected Dallas Bike Plan. 🙌

We’re so grateful to work with amazing organizations, local vendors, and partners that help us deliver an unforgettable experience for thousands of riders!

From the Packet Pickup Party hosted at Dallas Farmers Market, to the Finish Festival, presented by our celebration partner 🎉Methodist Dallas Medical Center, Dallas Bike Ride is proud to partner with brands that reflect our city pride!

During the event weekend, 🛠️ Bike Mart had our backs (and bikes!) with free safety checks and mobile mechanics, while 🍫 JuiceLand, Kate's Real Food, vitaminwater, and Chobani fueled and hydrated riders along the way and after crossing the finish line.

And we can’t thank our founding partners enough for their early support, which helped make DBR what it is today - Dallas Sports Commission, Downtown Dallas, City of Dallas, Dart, and Uptown Dallas, thank you!
