This Halloween lunch deserves a permanent spot on my feed 👻🎃🕷️🕸️

Nothing says October like PUMPKIN PIE SPICED EVERYTHING 🎃 including granola 🙌🏻 we love homemade granola in our house - nothing beats it! More nuts, less oats, more spices, less sugar
Preheat your oven to 350F
In a large bowl, combine:
1 1/2 c oats
1 c almonds
1 c pecans
1 c pumpkin seeds
1 c sunflower seeds
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp salt
Stir to combine before adding liquids:
1/2 c olive oil
1/3 c honey or maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
Stir to combine. Transfer to a large baking sheet and flatten to one even layer. Bake for 22-25 minutes.
Let cool for 5-10 minutes before sprinkling with:
1/3 c unsweetened coconut flakes
1/3 c raisins
Store in an airtight container on your counter to enjoy! 🍂
