Dash For The Beads
Oak Cliff community event designed to help children. (To any Mardi Gras rookies that is Cajun for “Let the good times roll”). Sunday, March 2, 2025.
Since the event began in 2009, we have awarded over $450,000 in grant money for local area schools and non-profits to promote physical fitness, healthy eating and arts programming. Dash for the Beads is an annual 5k run along with a 1 mile walk that coincides with Mardi Gras so come out and Laissez les bons temps rouler! Come join an event that has become a neighborhood tradition, benefiting neighborhood schools. Head to our website for all the info!
