Puppets from a unique local history star in new Nashville Public Library production The new show's called Rock A Billy Road. It's the story of Three Billy Goats Gruff set to songs by local musicians. It's starring three creations by Tom Tichenor. Tichenor launched a special local tradition in the 1930s.
