We have upgraded our machinery! We waved goodbye to our 280 ton Cincinnati press brake and said hello to our new Accurpress Accell Series U. We are so excited to get the electric hooked up and start playing with this massive beauty.
We hired MEI Crating & Rigging to move the press brakes for us as they required two 40/60 Versa-Lift forklift. Each forklift can lift 20 tons with the base retracted and 30 tons with the base extended!
We poured new concrete to ensure a nice new level surface for the new press brake. And after the Accirpress Accell was put in place we secured it with four 1" bolts that were drilled into the concrete. Exciting!

We finished building several new check valve bodies. Each of those holes holds a check valve. A check valve is a valve that normally lets fluid (liquid or gas) flow through it in only one direction.
