We have news on a Power-Pop and Punk Rock bomb dropping today at Porterhouse Records and it’s not a re-issue, this is a VINYL DEBUT of a ‘90s landmark!

“…Rocks Your Lame Ass” was the major label debut from Hagfish the pride of Dallas TX. The album was released deep in the CD era and no vinyl was EVER produced. We’re changing that now and you’ll be able to obtain this banger and add it to your collection. Descendents and Ramones fans will flip over this 14 song collection produced by masterminds Bill Stevenson and Stephen Egerton.

Lovingly pressed in a limited run on opaque orange vinyl with audio mastered by John Golden (the prince of punk), this pressing will explode off of your turntable. (Disclaimer; Porterhouse is not responsible for damage to your home stereo from playing it TOO dang loud!)

Hagfish was voted Dallas' best Alternative Rock/Pop act in 1996 and the LP spawned MTV music videos for singles “Happiness” and “Stamp.” With blazing guitars courtesy of Zach Blair (Rise Against), the thundering bass of Doni Blair (The Toadies), surgically slamming drums courtesy of Tony Barsotti and the nasal vocal delivery of George Reagan, all the elements are here to rock your lame ass!
