Ingredients:

For the dough:

- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons yogurt
- 5 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 packet baking powder
- 6 cups all-purpose flour (add gradually)

For rolling out the dough:

- Wheat starch

For the filling:

- Walnuts or hazelnuts

For the topping (for 1 tray):

- 200g unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tea cup vegetable oil

For the syrup (for 1 tray):

- 3 cups water
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 lemon slice

Instructions:

1. Combine all dough ingredients and mix until a smooth, pliable dough forms.
2. Divide dough into egg-sized pieces and shape into balls.
3. Roll out each ball into a thin sheet using wheat starch.
4. Place sheets in a tray, cover, and let rest for 15-20 minutes.
5. Roll out each sheet again, thinly, and shape as shown in the video.
6. Place in a tray and brush with melted butter and vegetable oil mixture.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (338°F) for 45-50 minutes.
8. Pour cold syrup over hot baklava and let it absorb for 1-2 hours.

Ingredients:

- 2 cups lukewarm water (400ml)
- 1 tablespoon yeast (10g)
- 1 egg white (save the yolk for later)
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3-4 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 5-5.5 cups all-purpose flour (add gradually)
- 50g unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil

Instructions:

1. Mix all ingredients to form a smooth, pliable dough.
2. Cover and let rest for 15 minutes.
3. Divide dough into 12 equal pieces.
4. Roll each piece into a ball and then flatten slightly.
5. Place in melted butter and oil mixture, coating evenly.
6. Let rest for 20-30 minutes, covered.
7. Roll out each piece into a long, thin rope.
8. Brush with oil and roll up using a rolling pin.
9. Place in a baking dish and let rise for 15-20 minutes.
10. Brush with egg yolk and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 25-30 minutes.

Sesame and Salt Crackers 🥨🧂

Ingredients:

✔️ 250g all-purpose flour (2 cups, overflowing)
✔️ 150g unsalted butter (at room temperature)
✔️ 5g salt (2 teaspoons)
✔️ 10g granulated sugar (1 tablespoon, overflowing)
✔️ 1 large egg
✔️ 40g roasted sesame seeds (3 tablespoons, recommended to use pastry sesame)
✔️ 15g nigella seeds (1 tablespoon)
✔️ 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
✔️ 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
✔️ For coating: roasted sesame seeds and 1 egg white + 1/2 cup water (whip egg white and water)

Instructions:

1. Combine flour, butter, salt, sugar, and egg in a mixing bowl. Mix until a stiff dough forms.
2. Divide dough in half and wrap each piece in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 40 minutes.
3. Dip dough in egg white mixture, then coat with sesame seeds.
4. Slice into thin crackers and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 15-17 minutes.
6. Let cool completely before serving.

Orange and Droplet Chocolate Crumb-Coated Muffin Recipe

Ingredients:

For the Cake Batter:

- 1 ¼ cups freshly squeezed orange juice (250 ml)
- ⅔ cup vegetable oil (125 ml)
- 1 cup granulated sugar (190 g)
- 1 packet vanilla
- 2.5 cups all-purpose flour (315 g)
- 1 packet baking powder (10 g)
- 5 tablespoons hot water (65 ml)
- ¾ cup droplet chocolate (100-120 g)
- Orange and lemon zest

For the Crumb Coating:

- 3 heaping tablespoons all-purpose flour (75 g)
- 2.5 tablespoons granulated sugar (40 g)
- 2.5 tablespoons vegetable oil (25 ml)
- 1.5 teaspoons orange zest

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Crumb Coating:
- Mix flour, sugar, and orange zest.
- Add oil and crumble with your fingers until it reaches a crumbly texture. Set aside.
2. Prepare the Cake Batter:
- Whisk orange juice, oil, and sugar in a large bowl.
- Add flour, baking powder, and vanilla. Mix well.
- Add hot water and mix until smooth.
3. Add droplet chocolate and orange and lemon zest. Mix well.
4. Pour batter into muffin tin.
5. Top with Crumb Coating:
- Sprinkle crumb mixture generously.
6. Bake:
- Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) with fan.
- Bake muffins for 30-35 minutes.
- Check with a toothpick; if clean, it's done.
7. Cool and Serve:

- 2 egg whites (save yolks for brushing)
- 1 tsp sugar

- 6 cups all-purpose flour (add gradually)
- 125g unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- Filling ingredients:
- 500g fresh spinach
- 1 onion
- Salt, pepper, and oil

Instructions:

1. Prepare the filling: Sauté chopped onion, add spinach, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
2. Mix dough ingredients and knead until smooth.
3. Divide dough into 18 pieces. Cover and rest for 10-15 minutes.
