💼 Job Responsibilities:
Provide physical therapy treatment as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care in the patient's home
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team
Document visits accurately and in a timely manner
📋 Requirements:
Active PTA license in Texas
Previous home health experience is a plus, but not required
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Ultra Therapy Solutions is looking for a Scheduler to join our remote operations team and help coordinate patient visits for our clinicians.

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Strong communication and customer service experience
✅ Good time management and critical thinking
✅ Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, task management)
✅ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting
➕ Kinnser navigation knowledge is a plus
➕ Home Healthcare background preferred, but not required

What You’ll Do:
• Schedule patient visits
• Coordinate with clinicians and home health agencies
• Manage and track patient referrals
