Today I was at the store, on the baby aisle, checking out some snacks. I was SOOOO SHOCKED!!! Many of these items contain ingredients that are not good, and not necessary to add to any food!!! Just because you’re on the baby aisle, and the front of the package says things like “natural” “organic” “healthy” or any of those buzz words that make you think it’s a good choice, it doesn’t necessarily mean anything. PLEASE read the ingredients. If it looks like you need a chemistry degree to read the ingredients, put it down. If you don’t understand some of the words, put it down. You will find something good, I promise. If it’s not on this aisle, check the produce section and you will find plenty of options with no unnecessary chemicals 😃
